Fair Foundation

Mission Statement:

The Elbert County Fair Foundation (the “Foundation”) promotes, facilitates, and enhances educational activities and programs at the Elbert County Fair, by funding and promoting certain Fair activities and providing presentations for the public in general, and specifically for Elbert County youth involved with the County’s 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA) programs. The Foundation’s goal is to provide educational opportunities that public entities such as the County, Cooperative Extension, and local school districts may have difficulty delivering due to governmental budgetary constraints.
