By entering the Elbert County Fairgrounds or attending any event held as part of the Elbert County Fair—including, but not limited to, registering for or participating in activities, shows, or competitions—individuals hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with all regulations, restrictions, and guidelines set forth herein, as well as those established by the Elbert County Facilities, the Elbert County Health Department, and the Elbert County Government.
