Ticket Terms of Use

THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE! ELBERT COUNTY FAIR WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THIS INCLUDES SHOW CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER OR ANY OTHER REASON FOR CANCELLATION. Purchase of this ticket allows you entry into the main arena. The main arena is a dirt floor with difficult access for wheelchairs; ADA compliant seating can be found in the grandstands at no cost. The code on each ticket allows redemption of the item described, and it will be scanned for authenticity. Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected. Purchase of tickets by a third party is not authorized and carries a risk of being fraudulent. Event reserves the right to require photo ID for entry. Tickets are a revocable license to fulfill items, entry, or services. Management may, without refund, revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption for non-compliance with these terms or for any deemed disorderly conduct. Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and so are void. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during and after this event. You agree to release the organization, facility, participants, Saffire and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the event and its respective agents.

Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations

By proceeding with a purchase from The Elbert County Fair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer ANY refunds unless otherwise stated explicitly as required by law. This policy applies to all ticket purchases made through our website or any authorized ticketing platforms. The Elbert County Fair recommends acquiring tickets only through our authorized platforms and does not guarantee authenticity for tickets purchased, exchanged or otherwise obtained through unauthorized platforms.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:
  • Change in personal plans
  • Travel disruptions
  • Inclement weather
  • Artist or performer lineup changes
  • Venue changes

Disputes or Chargebacks

Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of The Elbert County Fair including by its partner, Saffire or SaffireTix, may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund”.


Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by The Elbert County Fair, ticket holders will be notified promptly. Follow us on socials for up to date information. FB followers find us at Elbert County Fair, Instragram followers find us at elbertcountyfaircolorado.

Mutton Bustin'

  • Registration for the Mutton Bustin’ event must be completed online through the official Fair website.
  • Spots are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All participants must meet eligibility requirements as outlined in the Mutton Bustin’ Terms and Conditions.
  • All Mutton Bustin’ registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions, participant no-shows, disqualification, or cancellation by the participant.
  • Transfers or substitutions are not permitted unless approved in writing by event organizers.

  • Assumption of Risk and Liability
  • Mutton Bustin’ is a physically active event that involves inherent risks, and the Fair, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical expenses incurred while participating in the event.
    By signing the waiver and allowing their child to participate, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the event.
    The Elbert County Fair, its sponsors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.

    Cancellations and Weather Policy

    The event may be delayed or canceled due to weather or safety concerns at the discretion of event organizers.
    No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation due to conditions beyond our control.

    Sponsorship Payments

    Sponsorship opportunities are available to businesses and individuals who wish to support The Elbert County Fair in Kiowa, Co
    All sponsorship levels, benefits, and pricing are clearly outlined on the Sponsorship Information page.
    Once payment is received, your sponsorship spot is confirmed and promotional benefits may begin immediately.
    All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable, including in the event of partial or full event cancellation, schedule changes, or inability to deliver all sponsorship benefits due to factors outside the Fair’s control.

    Vendor Booth Fees

    Vendors must complete the Vendor Application and be approved before submitting payment for a booth space.
    Booth fees vary based on booth type, size, and location.
    Once payment is submitted, booth space will be reserved only for the approved vendor.
    All vendor payments are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, no-show, or removal due to non-compliance with Fair rules and regulations.
    Booth assignments and locations are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
    The Fair does not guarantee exclusivity, and there may be multiple vendors selling similar or identical products.

    Right to Refuse Participation

    The Elbert County Fair Board reserves the right to deny participation to any individual or group at its sole discretion. Reasons for denial may include, but are not limited to, concerns related to safety, disruptive conduct, rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff, vendors, or other participants, failure to comply with fair policies, or any other actions deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the overall fair environment.
