IMPORTANT RULES
· Electric and water hook-up spaces will be reserved with preference given to exhibitors with the most milage from their residence to the fairgrounds. Mileage will be determined using Google maps.
· To have your milage considered for electric and water hook ups, your reservation must be received by Thursday, June 12, 2025. Reservations can still be made after this date, but you will not have preference based on your mileage.
· During the week of June 30th, you will be emailed a confirmation letter with your assigned camping spot, move-in time and an invoice indicating payment due based on whether you receive electric and water hook ups or a dry camping space. Payment is due by July 10th. Prices for the week are as follows:
$100 for electric & water $60 for dry camping
These prices are for the entire week of the fair. No partial refunds will be made for days not camped. The dump station is no longer available! It has been closed!
· Camper move-in will begin on Saturday, July 26th 8am-12pm; Sunday, July 27th 8am-5pm; Monday, July 28th 7am-9am. Campers not in place by 9am on Monday will not be allowed or special arrangements must be made. If you park in an incorrect spot, you will be contacted and expected to move your camper within 2 hours.
· ALL campers must make reservations! Payment must be made by July 10th. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN ON MOVE-IN DAY!
· NO dogs allowed in campers or the campgrounds at any time during the week of the fair.
· NO motorized vehicles allowed including 4-wheelers, golfcarts, razor scooters, etc.
· NO children under the age of 19 are allowed to stay at the campground without a parent or guardian.
· Dumpsters will be placed near the campgrounds, and you are responsible for bagging and placing your own trash in the dumpsters. · You can pay by check or online: Elbert County Payments
