We’re thrilled that you're considering joining us at the Elbert County Fair! Your unique food and offerings are an essential part of making our fair a truly special experience! If you choose to apply, your application will be a key factor in our excitement, and we’re here to make the process as simple as possible for you. Please note that your application will be reviewed based on factors like space availability, your space needs, and the variety of products from other vendors. To complete your application, please include a current photo of your display area or concessions and a menu of the items you'll be serving.

If you're selected as a vendor, you'll receive a link with all the details and a payment link to finalize your participation!

Please be sure to review our schedule based on the days you're planning to request registration for. It’s important to adhere to the operating hours, as this helps keep both our exhibitors and visitors happy and satisfied!

PROMO RATE $200.00- July 25th & 26th and July 28th- August 2nd (Monday July 27th will be a restock/prep day-no food served)
MID-WEEK to WEEKEND RATE $275.00- July 28th- August 2nd
PRIME WEEKEND ONLY RATE $325.00 –July 31st- August 2nd

Elbert County Health Department information

All food vendors must complete and submit a Food Vendor Application to Elbert County Health Department. You will also be required to provide your retail food license, sales tax license, and commissary agreement.

30 AMP & 50 AMP electrical (limited based on availability) electrical service provided with registration- please bring your own converters

Trash/ Waste Removal/Water

There are trash receptacles on site for disposal. This is the responsibility of the vendor and is to be done each day. There are no direct water hookups on site. Fresh water will need to be obtained before parking or setting up the vendor site and will need to be couriered to your site as needed. Grey water will need to be hauled out by the vendor or dumped in coordination with the Elbert County Fairgrounds staff.

Sales Tax License

All vendors must have a valid sales tax license as well. All sales tax will be filed independently and filed under “special event sales tax” after the event. Other Considerations

Town of Kiowa Special Event Vendor Permit
The Town of Kiowa requires all RETAIL AND FOOD VENDORS to obtain a Special Event Vendor Permit- this is YEARLY. If you have gotten one over the last year, these are good for a year so please check with The Town of Kiowa. This responsibility is yours and must be obtained before the event. See link below.
